DTL - Digital Teaching and Learning

Have you ever heard the expression: "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."  That's what this course is about... teaching about how to learn in the digital world.

We will explore technology, but technology doesn't teach.  We will explore Strategies and how to create learning goals for yourself.  We will explore how to Search and Research, looking for credible sources and bias.  We will help each other build knowledge, starting with our own foundation, and sharing what we learn with each other.  And finally we will explore our responsibility to each other, leadership and team work, to help build knowledge in our community.

Before joining DTL, review the course and consider your responsibility before joining.


We are all teachers and learners. If you join, you will be accepting the responsibility to complete the course. Course completion includes a review of each module, posting at least one activity and completing the final project. See what's expected.


To join as a teacher means accepting the responsibility to guide, coach, instruct, share and love each student.
